Video gaming and I go together like peanut butter and chocolate. I was one of "those kids" who spent a lot of his free time in arcades during the early and middle 1980s, but I never really got a video game console to call my own until I got a Nintendo Entertainment System in 1990. From then on, console gaming became a part of everyday life for me.
While the NES is still my favorite console of all time, I currently enjoy gaming on my Nintendo DS, my Wii, and my PS2-- which never seems to get old. I will try playing just about any game, although RTS games and simulations usually do nothing for me. I'm a big Guitar Hero freak, although I can't play at any difficulty beyond Medium.
My biggest claim to fame is that I hold the World Record for an arcade game called Sea Wolf. I was the first person on record to "flip" the game, meaning that my score was so high that it reset the counter back to zero. While nobody really knows or remembers the game, it's still satisfying to know that my accomplishment is one for the record books.
